Operations made simple with AI

Tupl announces new integration with Google Cloud to speed up Digital Transformation for Telecom Operators

Initial common deployments on the way with one of the largest operators in the world.

BELLEVUE, Washington – May 5th, 2022 – Tupl, a trailblazer in AI-based Digital Transformation for Telecom Operators, today announced a partnership with Google Cloud through its Partner Advantage program. Through this partnership Tupl will bring its innovative solutions to Google Cloud’s customers around the world. The flexibility of open, cloud-native Google Cloud is expected to improve the go-to-production times of critically important digital transformation use cases.

TuplOS, Tupl’s AI engine, leverages analytics , machine learning and cloud native features to enable faster innovation cycles for network and customer care operations, and can be deployed on Google Cloud. It provides a single framework to create a large number of Automation Utilities, simplifying the acquisition and correlation of multiple data sources and capturing expert knowledge via AI-powered utilities.

Tupl is dedicated to accelerating Communication Service Providers digital transformation journey through AI, with telco operations automation solutions such as AI Care, Power Savings Advisor, Network Intelligence Automation, NOC Automation, Open RAN SMO/RIC or Unifier.

Under the partnership, Tupl will:

– Combine the two cloud-native Kubernetes platforms, Google Cloud and TuplOS, to improve efficiency, decision-making consistency, and discoveries of new values for telecom operators.

– Execute joint go-to-market actions to speed up market adoption.

– Improve operators’ 5G operations with unlimited scalable automation.

– Deliver open, purpose-built AI platform for enabling operators’ own development & maintenance of their Digital Transformation use cases.

As a concrete example, Tupl Network Advisor has been already deployed at a Tier 1 European CSP on Google Cloud for over a year in a project with the CSP’s Network Engineering teams across Group and Opcos.

Additionally, Tupl’s Power Saving Advisor (now also available on Google Cloud) allows Mobile CSPs to reduce their RAN energy consumption & CO2 footprint while keeping full control over customer network quality, avoiding undesired side effects. PSA manages the complete lifecycle of the energy savings process.

Petri Hautakangas, CEO of Tupl, said: “With over 20 Digital Transformation use case deployments globally, Tupl is leading the way for the next generation of Network and Customer Operations. Our partnership with Google Cloud addresses one of the biggest real-life hurdles of telecom operators: legacy IT complexities hindering the adoption of new technologies. The operators deploying on Google Cloud are seeing innovation cycles all the way to production reduced by order of magnitude. I applaud Google Cloud for their success, and we at Tupl are big advocates of anything cloud-native.”
