Tupl decides to acquire Digital Agriculture company

Tupl, Inc. today announced that it has signed an agreement with B2FARM Corporation’s Founder and CEO, Antonio Manuel Adrian, to acquire 100% of the shares. Furthermore, the rebranding to TUPL AGRO is effective immediately, and B2FARM’s digital agriculture tool will be called AGRO ADVISOR.
